The 2020 LLC Cohort meets with Heather Bordo – a Consultant, Strategist and Coach to discuss Peer Coaching: what it is, why it’s important, and how to do it.  This session enabled the participants to practice their coaching skills and sets them up to help their fellow participants as the program progresses through the year and beyond.
