Andrew Steen, President of Berkley Canada, met with the LLC participants and shared thoughts on setting expectations, examining the many myths about leading people, and what skills you can deliberately develop to help prepare for your first leadership assignment. It’s a new year which means that there is a new LLC cohort and on January 22nd, Berkley Canada hosted the 2020 kick off meeting. We shared expectations of the program, ran a series of leadership simulations, and then enjoyed some social networking. We’re looking forward to a great 2020 year!
