Andrew Steen, President of Berkley Canada, met with the LLC participants and shared thoughts on setting expectations, examining the many myths about leading people, and what skills you can deliberately develop to help prepare for your first leadership assignment. There was great interactive dialogue and a set of actionable take away items.
