On September 25, the current LLC cohort had the opportunity to hear Joe Vachon present his thoughts and ideas about taking risks as a leader. Joe was able to cover topics such as how to identify and take calculated risks, how to persuade others to take risks along with you, and what are the risks in the market place for current and future leaders.
