David Crozier has been a big supporter of the Leadership Learning Circle since its infancy. On June 10th Dave hosted a session with the current LLC cohort and shared insights on the topic of Constructive Feedback. Learning how to coach each individual on a team is a critical leadership skill. Dave was able to share practical points relative to how and how often to give feedback.
