We are excited to kick off the nomination process for the 2020 cohort of the Leadership Learning Circle. For this group we are looking for high potential “pre-leaders” – people that want to progress to a leadership role but have not yet been given their first people management assignment. The goal to the LLC Program is to support their success by helping them prepare to hit the ground running.
