At a cocktail social event this evening we pulled together the current cohort of the Leadership Learning Circle along with alumni and Senior Leaders who support the initiative. By bringing this group together we realize the quality of high potential leadership talent growing inside the Specialty Insurance space in Toronto. The event featured lots of great sharing and dialogue.
We also previewed the new Leadership Learning Circle website. The site will be live shortly and will share details of the program and resources to help support emerging leaders.
