Today the members of the Leadership Learning Circle had the opportunity to spend time with David Sloan learning about leadership lessons from the Reinsurance business. He shared perspectives on conflict management and how healthy conflict can be a productive force. Thanks to David for investing his time and sharing his experience with this group of high potential leaders.
