Marc Lipman, President of Lloyd’s Canada, met with the LLC participants (virtually) and shared insights from his incredible career journey, the importance of self awareness, and what happens when you lack it. A key takeaway he had for the group was that the goal is not to undergo an entire personality overhaul; rather, it is to learn how to be yourself but “with more skill”.
